The BOOSH Centre is thrilled to offer our current families access to casual occasional care. Parents can access details of their current bookings, requested waitlisted sessions and book in for available casual sessions all online or via the My Family Lounge App.
From time to time Boosh families will cancel a session or two of care making this an available casual session. Other current Boosh families can now log on and book available days up to 2 weeks in advance.
Current families will be sent a ‘Welcome Email’ with their My Family Lounge parent portal log in details which will prompt them to register their account. New families will receive a log in once they are offered ongoing Temporary or Permanent sessions at The BOOSH Centre.
Q. Where do I get my log in details?
A. An email is sent to the account holder’s email address containing details which will prompt them to register their account. This email contains their username and a link to My Family Lounge.
Q. Can I create my own password?
A. After receiving the Welcome Email families will be asked to Login and create their own password. You can also change your password at anytime in the ‘Manage Account’ tab. Please note passwords are case sensitive.
Q. I have forgotten my password!
A. If you have forgotten your password simply click the ‘I forgot my password’ link on the login panel. You will then receive a new password via email.
Q. What should I do when I log in for the first time?
A. You must complete your online enrolment form before you will have access to the casual booking system. This must be done for each child.
Q. What devices can download the My Family Lounge App?
A. The App will run on most devices (Phones & Tablets) that use the Android or iOS operating systems.
Q. How much does the My Family Lounge App cost?
The App is FREE and can be downloaded from the Android Play Store and Apple App Store.

Q. I have logged in, completed my enrolment form but I cannot access the casual booking calendar or make a booking. What do I do?
Please contact The BOOSH Centre. If you have no current Permanent or Temporary bookings you may need a Casual booking session set up in your account.
