Vacation Care Program Autumn 2024 |

Vacation care is packed with exciting activities that take place both at the centre and also on various excursions away from the centre. Our program aims to keep the children entertained during the holidays and ensure that they are having lots of fun with their friends.
Food is not provided for the children unless specifically specified on the program. Please ensure your child has enough nut-free food for morning and afternoon tea as well as lunch. Children must always attend the centre with a water bottle and a hat. On excursion days children who attend the centre without a water bottle or a hat will be provided with one and the cost will be added to the families account.
You need to enrol your child for vacation care. This is separate to enrolment in before and after school care.
There is a high demand for vacation care spots and positions are often filled before the closing date. While your child does not have to currently be enrolled to apply to attend vacation care, the Priority of Access policy states that priority is given to current families at The BOOSH Centre who submit their permission slip before the closing date.
New Families who have lodged a permission slip will be notified after the closing date of any available vacation care days.
Vacation care days, once booked, cannot be cancelled. Parents can notify that children will not attend a specific day however they will still be charged the daily fee and any incursion or excursion costs charged to the centre by outside providers.

The centre is closed on all Public Holidays.
